Car Comparison Website Proposal

My proposal is for a car comparison website that is designed to be user-friendly and accessible. The website will allow users to compare various cars across different categories, providing detailed information to help them make informed decisions. This includes specifications such as horsepower, torque, service fees, insurance fees, depreciation, MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price), and the 0-100 km/h acceleration time. The website will feature a clean and easy-to-use interface, allowing users to select multiple cars and compare them side by side. Each of these metrics will be displayed in a clear and concise manner, making it simple to assess the differences between the cars.

The goal of the website is to help consumers find the right car for their needs by providing them with a comprehensive set of data. Whether they are looking for performance, reliability, or cost efficiency, this platform will give them all the information they need in one place. By organizing cars into different categories, users can filter and compare vehicles based on factors that matter most to them, such as power, cost, and performance. This website will empower users to make confident decisions when choosing their next car.

License

The MIT License is the most appropriate choice for Car Metrics because it is an open-source license that allows users to modify the website and use the code for their own purposes. The only requirement is that my original copyright notice is included in copies or substantial portions of the software. This flexibility makes it ideal for Car Metrics, as it allows for collaboration and contributions to the internet while ensuring I remain protected. By using the MIT License, I can encourage others to build on the project while maintaining the integrity and ownership of the original work.
